In recent years, Air pollution has became increasingly severe in North China, which had a serious impact on the daily activities of local social production, living and transportation, need an effective solution. This study select Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi as the research area, pollution sources are divided into stationary sources, mobile sources and other sources. I calculate the emissions of NOX, SO2, VOC, CO, PMio and PM2.5 in 2012 by emission factor method firstly, and analyze error of the selection of emission factors, identify major pollution source of the area. Then I compare the emissions in 2008 and 2012 which discharged by energy consumption and industry, analyze structural characteristics of the energy by energy consumption and the contribution of different types of pollutants; use LMDI method analyze characteristics of changes in the industry.1 make a suggestion for the joint prevention in North China finally. In 2012, emissions of NOxreached 8.0021 million tons, emissions of SO2 reached 6.2683 million tons, emissions of VOC reached 3.3374 million tons, emissions of CO reached 43.5174 million tons, emissions of PM10 reached 6.0599 million tons, emissions of PM2.5 reached 3.3328 million tons. In this study area, emissions of air pollutants in Shandong and Hebei more than other provinces. Air pollution is more serious focus on the Beijing-Tianjin region, part of the industrial part of the city along the Bohai Sea industrial city in Hebei Province and Shandong Province. In this study, because of smaller area and more single source of emission factors, the error of emission inventory uncertainty is smaller than results of Streets and Zhang Xiaoye. The contribution of industrial sources to NOx, SO2 exceeds 70%, the contribution to particulate matter in excess of 30%, which is the main source of pollutants; Biomass burning has big contributions to particulate matter(PM10&PM2.5), reaching 27.84% and 37.6%. Mobile sources have a certain degree of influence on various pollutants(about 30%). Beijing’s pollutants mainly from road traffic and ground dust, Tianjin’s mainly from industry, other provinces’ sources mainly from industry and biomass burning.By comparing the inventory of 2008 and 2012, all kinds of energy (coal, coke, fuel and biomass) for little changes in the contribution of pollutants, energy structure is relatively stable. In this year, the burning of coal is still the main source of air pollution, its contributions to NOx and SO2 are more than 55%, to PM10 and PM2.5 are about 30%. Biomass burning is a major source of particulate matter. The gas, fuel consumption hold a little proportion (less than 1%).2008-2012 fossil fuel consumption in North China continues to rise, coal is the main energy consumption of these provinces. Shandong Province and Hebei Province have the largest fossil energy consumption, Shanxi followed, Henan has least. In addition to fuel consumption, energy consumption compared to the rest of Beijing, Tianjin were slightly higher.Compared with 2008, in 2012, industrial NOx emissions increased 964,800 tons, SO2 increased 1.1065 million tons, PM10 increased 515,400 tons in North China. Expanding of industrial scale is a major factor in the increasing emissions of atmospheric pollutants. Industrial restructuring and efficiency of industrial technology progress play the role of reducing emissions.2008-2012, pollution-intensive industries’ proportion decreased 2.5% in North China. Emissions of NOx, SO2 and PM10 account for the proportion of industrial emissions of decreased by 2.95%,3.21% and 3.48%. It shows that industrial decline in the proportion of pollution-intensive industries, can effectively control air pollution emissions. The study area should give full play to use the purification capacity of the local environment, and build pollution prevention and control system. These areas should be gradually adjusted to the type of coal-based energy consumption, increase the proportion of clean energy type in industry and transportation. Encourage technological innovation and adjust the industrial structure is necessary. Reduce the incomplete combustion of straw, increase the efficient use of biomass resources and control the contribution of other sources to pollutants will make the environment be better.
