With the rise and development of our country,economic development is getting better and better.The country is paying more and more attention to sustainable development and the sharing economy.The market competition situation of enterprises has also changed,from the return of the original focus on benefits to the pursuit of the value of the enterprise itself.Social responsibility has also evolved into an angle that we focus on to evaluate company performance levels.As an important carrier of social and economic activities,enterprises have great responsibilities.There are still some problems in the corporate performance evaluation of social responsibility.The performance evaluation of enterprises in our country usually takes financial evaluation as the leading factor of evaluation.However,with the progress of society and economic development,the performance evaluation system of enterprises relying only on financial evaluation has gradually failed to meet the needs of enterprises and the needs of economic development.Therefore,companies urgently need a more objective,real,and effective corporate performance evaluation system to meet the needs of the company for its own current development and long-term future planning.However,corporate performance evaluation under a single financial evaluation is not competent for the enterprise important task.As one of the pillar industries of the country's development,the steel industry is concerned with all aspects of people's lives.Therefore,government departments and the public pay more attention to their performance in energy use,pollution control,and environmental protection.To sum up,it is an inevitable trend to introduce social responsibility indicators into the steel industry as an enterprise performance evaluation indicator.This thesis is based on the basic theory of social responsibility performance evaluation and the research results and experience at home and abroad,using analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method to study the performance evaluation of XY color board manufacturing company.The full text is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.First of all,it explains the research background and significance of this article and introduces the relevant papers at home and abroad referred to in the writing process of this article.Then,it introduces the research content,research methods,and innovations of this article.Chapter 2 mainly introduces basic theories such as social responsibility and corporate performance evaluation.Firstly,it introduces some concepts related to corporate responsibility,as well as content and theoretical basis related to social responsibility;secondly,it introduces related concepts of corporate performance and basic theory of corporate performance evaluation,and introduces the purpose of performance evaluation and performance evaluation indicators System concept.The third chapter is the current situation analysis of theperformance evaluation of XY color board manufacturing company.The XY color board manufacturing company profile;XY color board manufacturing company performance evaluation status;XY color board manufacturing company's existing performance evaluation system;XY color board manufacturing company performance evaluation system problems;analysis of the existing problems.The fourth chapter is to build a performance evaluation system of XY color board manufacturing company based on social responsibility,and to incorporate social responsibility evaluation indicators into the performance evaluation system of XY color board manufacturing company.Subsequently,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced,and the index layer of the performance evaluation system is divided by this method to determine the weight of each index in the XY color plate manufacturing company.In Chapter 5,this article analyzes the performance evaluation of XY color board manufacturing company based on the perspective of social responsibility.In the evaluation process,the comprehensive evaluation method is first introduced,and the grade of the comprehensive evaluation method is designed by this method.Secondly,the enterprise performance of XY color board manufacturing company in the past three years is evaluated by the evaluation system constructed.The consulting experts uses comprehensive scoring methods to comprehensively score the enterprises,and finally we analyze the enterprises based on the evaluation results.The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the possible problems and deficiencies of the enterprise based on the performance evaluation results of the XY color board manufacturing company,and gives the enterprise corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The seventh chapter mainly analyzes the shortcomings of the performance evaluation system based on corporate social responsibility proposed in this article.
