Under the background of the continuous progress of global social economy and degradation of natural environment, the disturbance of human activities to various natural ecosystems is increasing, and the supply capacity of regional ecosystem services is gradually decreasing, which leads to the imbalance of ecological function structure and frequent ecological environment problems. At the same time, with the improvement of social productivity, people's demand for ecosystem services has been increasing. The imbalance in quantity, spatial dislocation and trade-off and synergy of various ecosystem services among regions have become increasingly prominent. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between different ecosystem services for regional ecological security protection, natural resource management and human well-being.However,there are few studies on multi-ecosystem services from the perspective of supply and demand of ecosystem services.Based on the integration of supply and demand of ecosystem services, the quantitative balance, spatial matching and trade-off synergies of supply and demand of multi-ecosystem services are analyzed and explained.Based on the problems found in the study, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. To ensure the healthy and orderly development of regional ecosystem services.Lanzhou is located in the intersection of the East Monsoon Region, the northwest arid and semi-arid region and the Qinghai Tibet alpine region. It has complex topography and fragile ecological environment. As an important industrial city and population town in the west of China,it has an urgent demand for economic development. However, with the rapid development of local social economy, the regional ecological environment has also been impacted more and more, and the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development is deepening. To clarify the supply, demand and the relationship between supply and demand of ecosystem services is considered to be one of the effective means to realize the efficient management of natural resources and coordinate regional human welfare and ecological protection. Therefore,Taking Lanzhou City as an example, this paper uses the analysis tools such as invest model, geoda model and R language to evaluate the supply and demand of water yieldservice, food supply service, carbon storage service and soil conservation service in the region, and clarify the supply, demand and the relationship between supply and demand,so as to provide scientific basis and theory for local ecological environment protection and social and economic development Support. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The total annual water yield service supply of Lanzhou in 2017 is 3.37×10~8m~3,the total supply of food supply services is 4.72×10~8t,the total supply of carbon storage service is 60.8×10~8t,the total supply of soil conservation services is 0.24×10~8t;the total demand of water yield service is 10.56×10~8m~3,the total supply of food supply services is1.49×10~8t,the total demand of carbon storage services is 4.73×10~8t,the total demand of soil conservation services is 0.35×10~8t;The total supply of water yield service and soil conservation service is less than the total demand, while the total supply of food supply and carbon storage service is greater than the total demand.(2)The trade-off synergy between ecosystem service supply in 2017 in Lanzhou is as follows:there is a synergy between carbon storage service supply and soil conservation service supply, with a correlation coefficient of 0.67;there is a synergy between water yield service supply and food supply service supply, with a correlation coefficient of 0.28;there is a synergy between water yield service supply and soil conservation service supply, with a correlation coefficient of 0.2;water yieldservice However, there is no trade-off and coordination between services and carbon storage services, food supply services and soil conservation services, carbon storage services and food supply services.(3)The trade-off synergy between ecosystem service demand in 2017 in Lanzhou is as follows:the demand for water yield services and the demand for food supply services is a collaborative relationship, with a correlation coefficient of 0.64;the demand for water yieldservices and the demand for carbon fixed services is a collaborative relationship, with a correlation coefficient of 0.59;the demand for food supply services and carbon storage services is a collaborative relationship, with a correlation coefficient of 0.8;the demand for water yield services It is found that the trade-off relationship between soil conservation service demand and food supply service demand is-0.34,and the correlation coefficient is-0.45;There is a trade-off relationship between soil conservation service demand and carbon storage service demand, and the correlation coefficient is-0.51.(4)The quantity balance and spatial matching relationship between the supply and demand of ecosystem services in Lanzhou in 2017 are as follows:(1)The quantity supply and demand ratio of water production, food supply, carbon storage and soil conservation services are-0.261,0.031,0.065 and-0.007,respectively,the supply of water yieldservices and soil conservation services is less than the demand, the supply of food supply services and carbon storage services is more than the demand;(2)There are four types of spatial matching:high-high matching,low-low matching,high-low dislocation and low-high dislocation, and the dominant types of different services are different.
