| With the rapid growth of economy,the chemical industry has become the backbone in the Chinese economy.Chemical enterprises have many dangerous characteristics such as inflammable and explosive materials,complex processes,complicated equipment and facilities.As a result,chemical accidents have occurred frequently in recent years,the situations of safety producing in chemical enterprises are still severe.Because the vast majority of chemical accidents are closely related to human unsafe behavior,studying on the influencing factors of unsafe behavior in chemical enterprises based on the theory of human accidents and the scientific theory of safe behavior can improve the level of safe behavior and reduce the accidents caused by human factors.Through in-depth analysis of chemical accident cases,production characteristics and accident characteristics,it is found that most of the accidents are caused by unsafe behaviors represented by illegal operations.Starting from the human behavior model,explored the generation mechanism of human unsafe behaviors in chemical enterprises,it is found that the production process will experience three links: external information perception,individual information processing and response actions.In this process,individuals will be affected by self-conditions,the state of facility,organizational management behaviors and environmental factors,and then in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of human unsafe behaviors in chemical enterprises from the four dimensions of individual,facility,organization and environment.Based on the effective factors of human unsafe behaviors in chemical enterprises,supplemented more factors through the open questionnaire survey,and the items of effective factors were determined.On this basis,combined with the producing and chemical accident characteristics,the predictive quantity scale was composed of individual,material,organization and environment.Through the predictive amount of scale,the SPSS 22 was used to test the validity of the scale by the exploratory factor analysis,then the inappropriate items were deleted according to the factor loading,and tested the reliability of remaining items.Finally,the formal measurement scale was determined by the basic information survey and 42 measurement items.A matter-element extension evaluation model based on fahp-entropy weight method is constructed by using matter-element extension theory,FAHP and entropy weight method.Establishing an evaluation index system composed of 4 first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes,establishing a connection between the evaluation index and the evaluation level through the degree of assiociation.Assigning the weight and entropy value of the subjective evaluation index determined by the FAHP with the weights of objective evaluation indicators determined by the weight method,then combined them by the weighted average to determine the comprehensive weight of each evaluation indicator,which is combined with the correlation degree to determine the weighted correlation degree matrix.Finally,we can determine the impact level and the degree of influence by the maximum correlated criterion.Taking C chemical enterprise as an example,the formal measurement scale and evaluation model were used for field measurement and quantitative analysis.The results show that individual factor is the first-level key factor and individual safety awareness,safety facility protecting level,safety atmosphere and major life events are the second-level key effective factors.According to the evaluate result,some suggestions were put forward from four aspects: innovating safety training methods,strengthening process safety management,creating team safety atmosphere and paying attention to employees’ physical and mental health,so as to reduce human unsafe behaviors and the risk of accidents. |
