Research On Costume Design Of Qing Palace

The qing dynasty was the heyday of opera development.Present "a hundred flowers bloom" development trend.All the local sound cavity like bamboo shoots after a spring rain continuously infuses fresh blood to the palace drama performance.The costume of the opera in the qing palace is a great collection of the costumes of the past dynasties.The costume patterns,no matter the colors,patterns,or techniques,have a unique rhythm,showing an unprecedented complex and gorgeous posture.After categorizing and summarizing the costume patterns of the qing palace,the author explores more possibilities for the re-application of pattern creation and carries on the dynamic inheritance of traditional culture.Through the study of a large number of literature materials,it is found that many experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the application of traditional patterns in clothing of various dynasties in China.Less attention is paid to the specific clothing of a dynasty for detailed study.This paper takes the costume of the qing palace as the research object,systematizes and classifies costume patterns on the basis of the existing theoretical research,provides standardized pattern application materials for modern design,and explores the possibility of applying traditional cultural elements to modern design.This thesis is mainly developed from the following five aspects: first,from the three periods of the development of drama in the qing dynasty namely "gestation period","high tide period" and "reform period".The costume system of the qing palace was classified from the aspects of "costumes" and "roles".Secondly,the main patterns of costume patterns in the qing palace were systematically classified,and the general characteristics,theme types and aesthetic significance of the patterns were deeply studied.Thirdly,the paper explores the expression techniques and design methods of patterns,and realizes the spiritual pursuit conveyed by costume patterns from two aspects: the sense of form and ideographic.;Then,from the perspective of traditional colors,this paper expounds the color specification of costume,and focuses on the main color department of costume design and its symbolic meaning of "color must be meaningful,meaning must convey emotion".Finally,according to the problems existingin the realistic inheritance,this paper expounds and demonstrates how to carry out the dynamic inheritance of traditional culture,and summarizes and innovates the practical methods of the traditional pattern redesign.It will be applied to the author's graduation design to achieve the collision and symbiosis between traditional culture and modern design.This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining historical data analysis and physical image.The innovation point of this paper is to integrate the costume pattern of the qing palace into the systematic classification system,and summarize the pattern theme modeling,color connotation,design method,process characteristics and so on.Through a large number of picture resources and text description in detail to reproduce the costume pattern of standardization and decorative aesthetic taste.In addition,the summary of costume patterns in this paper is of reference to the same type of traditional art,which can be applied to modern design practice.
