Fluorite is the industrial mineral with the highest fluoride content,and with China’s economic development,China has now become the world’s largest fluorite Consumer State.The carbonate content in BaiyunObo ore is relatively high,which is one of the hard to select fluorite resources.The development of the national economy has an important significance,and it is imperative to develop and utilize fluorite resources in the associated mine as its representative.In order to solve this problem,this paper adopts a new fluorite trap CYP-01 for fluorite in BaiyunObo mine as the research object.Flotation test to explore the best process parameters to achieve resource recovery of fluorite resourcesThrough the process mineralogical study,the main mineral composition,chemical composition and fluorite nesting characteristics of the western ore were detected.It is seen that the useful ore is fluorite,the type of which can be classified as dolomite-fluorite-type ore with a fluorite content of about 18.67%,and the monomer The degree of dissociation is 66.87%,and the veinstones connected with the fluorite minerals are mainly dolomite,calcite,magnetite and so on.Therefore,care needs to be taken to control the effective suppression of dolomite,calcite and magnetite in the flotation process in order to ensure that fluorite concentrates are Grades and recovery ratesAccording to the characteristics of the ore,the mineral flotation test was carried out,and the acidified water glass and SY were selected to form an inhibitor chemical system in the rougher section,and the new fluorite was selected.CPY-01 was used as a trapping agent to determine the recovering agent in the acidified water glass after the optimization test on the roughing conditions of BaiyunObo mine.When the ratio of water glass and sulfuric acid reaches 1:2,the inhibition effect is best and better than that of water glass;New type fluorite collector CYP-01 is better for fluorite.The trapping ability is stronger than the commonly used fluorite trapping agent sodium oleate.Optimal flotation test conditions and chemical dosage:90%of mineral grinding fineness-74μm,dosage of inhibitor acidified water glass 3000g/t,2500g/t of inhibitor SY,and 2000g/t of trap CYP-01 in the Under these conditions,a fluorite concentrate with a grade of 27.20%and a recovery of 93.29%can be obtained as a crude product.Due to the complexity of mineral mosaic,only after a grinding fluorite concentrate grade can not meet the requirements of industrial production,so a coarse Concentrate regrinding test,finally determined the best process for:a roughing,coarse concentrate regrind to grinding fineness-0.044mm.85%of content,eight selections,combined tailings,middle ore 3,middle ore 4,tailing,and the rest of the middle ore in a closed circuit test with sequential return.A fluorspar concentrate with a grade of 90.79%CaF2 and a recovery of 81.02%was finally obtained.
