China has experienced thousands of years of development and evolution,with excellent traditional culture,these are the precious spiritual wealth of our country.Along with the birth and decline of many brands in this long river,some of them have spread and developed so far,awarded the reputation of "Chinese time-honored brand".Old brand is not only what we know on the surface,such as diet,Quyi,music,etc.,it is our country's precious intangible cultural heritage.It is through the inheritance of old brands,our traditional skills and culture can be developed,known to generations of young people.This article selects the Chinese time-honored brands in many industries,Quanjude,the most famous brand in food and catering industry as a starting research point.Based on the catering culture of our country and the unique corporate culture of Quanjude,to interpret new cultural value interpretation of traditional corporate image of brand Quanjude,to expand cultural and creative product line for brand Quanjude.To combine modern life elements with traditional corporate culture,complete resource transformation through innovation,cater to new consumption orientation,let the culture and skills of traditional time-honored brands develop and spread through the new "bridge".
