With the increasing discharge of rural domestic sewage,surface water eutrophication,groundwater quality deterioration and other problems threaten the health and life safety of the majority of farmers.Therefore,it is not only related to the normal ecological environment in rural areas,but also related to the overall construction of a well-off society to improve the effective treatment facilities of domestic sewage and solve the important problems of rural water pollution.In order to promote the effective solution of rural water pollution,Wencheng County will unswervingly implement the relevant decision-making scheme of "five water co governance" of provincial departments,effectively promote the smooth and orderly progress of rural sewage treatment,and ensure the normal water use of rural residents.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,the rural sewage treatment in Wencheng County has a large amount of work,a deep degree of pollution,and a complex treatment,which is affected by government management,capital investment,operation and maintenance supervision and management,farmers' living habits and other aspects,resulting in poor final sewage treatment effect.At present,the more urgent problem of new rural construction is related to sewage treatment.Based on the research status of rural domestic sewage treatment and the actual situation of Wencheng,this article summarizes the rural domestic sewage treatment work in Wencheng County from the aspects of rural domestic sewage treatment main body,treatment measures,governance funds,supervision and management,villager participation,etc.From the perspective,it is analyzed that the power and responsibility of the governance body are unclear,funding is difficult,the supervision technology is weak,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the level of social participation is low.These are the root causes of rural sewage governance difficulties.Therefore,it is proposed to build a rural domestic sewage treatment model,strengthen the implementation of responsibilities,give full play to the leading role of the government,clarify responsibilities,improve the service system,standard system,and guarantee system of facility operation and maintenance,establish a list of responsibilities,and achieve rural sewage treatment,Verifiable and reportable ”standards are an important way to promote the healthy and effective treatment of domestic sewage.Finally,proposed measures to improve rural sewage treatment in Wencheng County,and believe that to strengthen rural sewage treatment,it is necessary to change the role of the government and build a diversified rural area in which the main actors participate in governance financing,construction,operation and maintenance.Long-term operation mechanism for domestic sewage treatment,introducing market operation mechanism,ensuring the normal operation of relevant capital chains,strengthening rural sewage supervision capabilities,formulating scientific and standardized rural sewage treatment assessment methods,improving villagers 'awareness of environmental protection,and promoting broad public participation Starting with,we will continue to improve and innovate the rural sewage treatment system to provide a good water environment for green and sustainable development in Wencheng County.
