With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the process of urbanization is accelerating,and the space of urban construction is increasingly tight.In order to make more effective use of urban land,a large number of high-rise buildings have emerged in various cities.The excavation and utilization of underground space are also continuously developed in cities,and its scale and depth have been continuously increased.Whether it is the construction of deep foundations of high-rise buildings or the constructions of underground space,large-scale underground excavation is unavoidable,which is accompanied by a large number of deep foundation pit engineering problems.It is worth noting that the compact construction site and the complicated surrounding environment of the deep foundation pit project have led to frequent construction safety accidents,which cause huge economic losses and even casualties to the country and society,resulting in a very bad social impact.The BIM(building information modeling)technology is based on the three-dimensional digital technology,comprehensive integrated engineering data model of the related information,making full use of the characteristics of BIM technology such as parameterization,dynamic visual construction simulation,data integration,and combining relevant information technology,can greatly improve the efficiency of safety management.This article is based on the application of BIM technology in safety management.Firstly,the safety risks of deep foundation pit construction are identified from the typical cases of safety accident and the job safety analysis of each construction activities of deep foundation pit.Then,based on Revit’s visual programming platform Dynamo,the spatial topology relationship of deep foundation pit construction is constructed to identify the safety risks existing between engineering objects.On this basis,the knowledge base of safety risks of deep foundation pit construction is constructed.Finally,using Revit secondary development technology to build and implement the deep foundation pit construction safety recognition system,so as to make full use of the knowledge base.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Through the analysis of the typical case of safety accident of deep foundation pit and the job safety analysis of three major construction activities: earth excavation and construction of deep foundation pit,support structure construction and dewatering construction,identify security risks existing in the deep foundation pit construction process,and summarizes the corresponding safety control measures,for the establishment of deep foundation pit construction safety risk knowledge base provides the basis.(2)Based on the classification of deep foundation pit construction object in BIM model,describe its geometric information(including position information,size information,etc.),non-geometric information(material information,construction information,etc.),and conclude that the relationship between the engineering objects of deep foundation pit.On this basis,using Revit’s visual programming platform Dynamo to extract spatial topological relations under a specific scene.Finally,the extracted topological relation is visualized with knowledge map tool,paving the way for the construction of safety risk knowledge base of deep foundation pit construction.(3)The deep foundation pit construction safety risk knowledge base is established.Firstly,analyzing the knowledge base related theory and classifying safety knowledge: safety specification,job safety analysis,accident cases and spatial topological relation which have described above.The representation method that can describe the above safety knowledge is summarized.Then,the requirements of construction safety risk knowledge base are analyzed,and the logical structure,storage structure and query mechanism of the knowledge base are designed.Based on above studies,the construction of safety risk knowledge base of deep foundation pit construction is realized by using Microsoft Access 2019.(4)A safety risk identification system for deep foundation pit construction based on BIM technology is designed and implemented.Firstly,the framework and functions of the deep foundation pit construction safety risk identification system are analyzed and describe Revit API secondary development environment configuration and development way.Then,with the aid of Revit and Visual Studio platform,the construction safety risk identification plug-in was developed using C# language,the key is to query on the security knowledge in the knowledge base.In this way,the safety risk identification and visualization functions of engineering objects based on safety accidents,job safety analysis and topological relationships can be realized,so as to make full use of safety knowledge in the knowledge base.
