| Digitization and informatization have been the inevitable trend of the current development of the manufacturing industry.The management and control of Manpower,Machines,Materials,Methods and Environments on the manufacturing site based on the information means is the key research direction of the current intelligent manufacturing field.Due to the particularity of product use,potential risk factors for many military products manufacturing process,in the event of accidents may cause immeasurable losses to the enterprise and even the country,in view of this,this article in view of the space of a complex mechanical and electrical products manufacturing process control problem of the key risk factors to carry out the risk factors identification,safety evaluation,and knowledge management technology research.Firstly,based on the investigation of the production status of the workshop,this paper analyzes the demand of the risk factor knowledge management system and designs the overall structure of the system.Aiming at the risk factors in the workshop,this paper proposes a ThreeStep analysis method to analyze the risk factors in the workshop and summarize them into a knowledge text.In terms of the identification of risk factors,a method combining the sensor network with the text similarity calculation is proposed,the deployment scheme of the sensor is preliminarily designed,and the feasibility of the text similarity identification method is verified in the experimental data.In addition in the aspect of the safety evaluation of risk factors,based on the MES evaluation method is used to analyse the risk factors,on the basis of expert evaluation,respectively is proposed based on two kinds of text similarity algorithm and automatic text classification model of risk factors for safety evaluation method,and use the workshop existing knowledge of risk factors for text proves the accuracy and practicability of the two methods.Finally,in the aspect of knowledge management,this paper designs and develops the risk factor knowledge management system. |
