Driven by the rapid development of industrial informatization and the policy of"integration of industrialization and industrialization",the informatization level of industrial and mining enterprises is constantly improving.As a large-scale coal enterprise in China,Shenhua Ningmei group has carried out large-scale construction in information infrastructure network construction and operation,application system research and development and maintenance,mine automation,intelligent factory,etc.At the same time,due to the variety of information equipment,disordered asset management,low efficiency of operation and maintenance,various IT operation and maintenance management problems are also emerging,so it is urgent to build an efficient IT management and control system based on multi-dimensional resource management.Based on the comparative analysis of related technologies and applications at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of information construction management and the needs of it operation and maintenance management of Shenhua Ningmei group,this paper analyzes the business process of enterprise information management.The system is divided into display layer,control layer,business logic layer and data persistence layer,which makes the system present low coupling,high cohesion,easy to expand and maintain.In the design of IT management and control system,JDBC,struts 2 technology,Flash Builder and SM2 encryption technology are used to realize the asset state management function of IT asset management and the management and control function of trace in the whole process of asset management from asset purchase to asset use,transfer,overhaul,scrap,etc.,as well as the functions of automatic discovery,operation state and alarm monitoring of it monitoring and management equipment.It realizes the IP address management,equipment capacity,port management,cable number line resource management and other module functions of IT resource management.At the end of the paper,the function of each module of the system is tested.The test results show that the system meets the requirements of demand analysis and the requirements of the enterprise.At the same time,the pressure test is carried out on each module of the system.The pressure test uses the LoadRunner test and analysis software of HP company as the test tool.The test results show that the IT management and control system of multi-dimensional resource management and PC client software can well complete the exchange of data,and all functions meet the design requirements.The current actual use also proves that the design has Effectiveness.The Ron of the system is put into use to improve the IT operation and maintenance level of the enterprise and reduce the operation cost.
