Shengli Oilfield is currently at high water-cut stage after a constant production over the past 5 decades.Therefore there are severe challenges in the sustainable development of Shengli.It is revealed in respect of production management in two ways: The first thing is that there are no large fundamental changes in technical supporting and management mode.The second thing is that the backward production management mode does not coordinate with the advanced information transmission.In regard of this and based on its own features and the trend of reform,Shengli has gradually built the automated surface facilities in the fields as well as advanced old oilfield promotion through information methods since 2012.Shengli has built demonstrational production area equipped with real-time monitoring,remote control,platform integration and specialized management.This has preliminary allowed Shengli to realize cost reduction,optimal resource allocation,raising labour productivity and improving economic efficiency.The success of demonstration area provides great inspiration for the reform of informationalized management and urges for the construction of the informationalized roduction command system on the level of the whole oilfield.Based on this background,this study reviewed domestic and foreign informationalized constructions and fundamental theories of management system optimization.It is undertaken to analysis the problems occurred in the construction of the production command system and its formation by carrying a full coverage field study.In the fourth chapter,the optimization and improvement of the production command system in Shengli Oilfield is taken as an example,and the optimization and improvement plan is put forward from the aspects of function demand and practical application.Through the innovative function architecture of modular and template information collection program,establish and perfect the system of automatic evaluation mechanism,the system optimization is to achieve the standardization of business processes,strengthen production and operation management,promote the continuous improvement of the level,an important means to continuously improve work efficiency.In the research of this paper,through the combination of the basic theory and the actual project optimization,the depth optimization and improvement analysis of the system is carried out,aiming to,on one hand,provide theoretical method to constructions of three tiers production command systems covering the whole oilfield,on the other hand provide reference to further system promotions based on big data and cloud platform.
