The technology of hydraulic sand blasting perforating and fracturing is a kind of reservoir reconstruction technology which is different from traditional perforating and fracturing. It combines two processes of hydraulic sand blasting perforation and hydraulic fracturing and hasa wide range of adaptability. This article analyzes the characteristics of the existing tools and processes, optimizes the tool structure, improves the method of parameter design, and matches the related technologies. In this paper, the influence of the inlet convergence angle and the cylindrical section length of the outlet on the velocity field is analyzed, and the nozzle structure is optimized. The feasibility of the tungsten cobalt cemented carbide steel(YG15 flame spraying)as the nozzle material is discussed by comparing the characteristics of nozzle materia ls commonly used at home and abroad.A new optimized structure of the sliding gun is proposed by analyzing the destruction causes of the body and surrounding of the gun.The parameters plate of the hydraulic sand blasting perforation is established. The formulation of fracturing fluid is optimized and the laboratory experiment and the field construction practice indicate that it can meet the needs of field construction. The technical scheme and construction procedure of hydraulic sand blasting perforating and fracturing are designed, and implemented in Sudong XX–32H1 well. The construction process is successful, and the well production is 2~4 times more than the adjacent well productivity. The tool and the construction scheme of hydraulic sand blasting perforating and fracturing proposed in this paper have been tested in the field and have achieved the expected effect, proving that the design is reasonable and has some advanced nature.
