As most areas of our country oil field belongs to low permeability geologic structure, crack initiation position and propagation direction in the process is difficult to control, directly affect the success ratio of fracturing. Hydrajet fracturing technology has obvious heterogeneity, poor connectivity, low permeability oil and gas reservoir effect etc.Hydrajet fracturing technology are within the scope of the world development and application.This paper based on the horizontal well production technology, especially on the basis of the development of horizontal well sand fracturing technology at home and abroad is summarized, combined with the characteristics of staged fracturing, studied the mechanism of abrasive water jet perforation and hydraulic sand fracturing, The model of conical nozzle type hydraulic perforation tool design, combined with the Jizhong Oilfield low permeability characteristics, fluid production rate low, to optimize the selection of construction system, liquid abrasive and proppant, the fracturing string and its construction process was optimized. Sectional blasting fracturing of horizontal wells in the area of the North China oil field, and the experimental results are analyzed, the application of fracturing technology for horizontal well segmented sandblasting provides experimental data and results summary, and is favorable for promotion and application of the technology, is conducive to promoting the low permeability oilfield and sustainable development. |
