Oil and gas pipeline in China's energy industry is a particularly important part of the pipeline accidents in recent years occurred frequently,and the probability of accidents have increased year by year trend,so the pipeline safety management research urgent.The integrity of oil and gas pipeline management to prevent the main pipeline integrity management model,and can be used to guide the pipeline inspection and maintenance,change the traditional mode of operation to extend the service life of the pipeline.Pipeline integrity management is a new way of management,has been in China's long-distance pipeline of oil and gas to promote and application,compared to the previous risk management,integrity management is the core idea of prevention,that is,before the accident to take measures,To prevent accidents,to ensure the safe operation of long-distance oil and gas pipeline.This paper mainly carried out the following aspects:1.Long pipeline management integrity of the technical and standard preparationAccording to the status quo and framework of the long-distance pipeline integrity management system,this paper introduces the GIS technology in the management system,at the same time,"oil and gas pipeline pipe repair regulations" and "pipeline PE anti-corrosion insulation layer of technical regulations" to develop,Long-term safe and reliable operation of the important significance.2.Long-distance pipeline high-effect area identification and software developmentPipeline leakage or rupture and other accidents,the public life safety and its property,the surrounding environment,society and other great impact or loss of the region(high-effect area)of the pipeline is the focus of pipeline management,Risk identification,and then through the study of high standard requirements of the consequences of the region,developed and designed with its standard supporting the high-effect area identification system,the software consists of three modules: regional level analysis module,gas pipeline high fruit area analysis module,dangerous liquid Pipeline high fruit area analysis module,and the new Dongxin oil pipeline conducted a practical investigation.3.Long-distance pipeline risk assessment and management evaluationIn this paper,the risk assessment of pipeline and long-distance pipeline is carried out by semi-quantitative method.Based on the fault tree of pipeline accident,the risk factors and probability are calculated by calculating the theory of fuzzy set and applying fuzzy mathematics.On this basis,the optimization measures are put forward.In the process of integrity evaluation,through the internal testing,pressure test or direct evaluation of the three methods to verify the status of the body,combined with the new Dongxin pipeline management of the actual situation,development and application of the design of the pipeline integrity evaluation system.4.Management integrity of the system platform applicationsThrough the development of the application evaluation system and the new Dongxin oil pipeline put into use,the new Dongxin oil pipeline in 36 segments for high fruit area identification,the results show that the high level of 21 high-grade,? highgrade fruit area 7,High fruit area 5,of which paragraph 14 the highest risk of pipeline risk.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding measures to make the management level greatly enhance and reduce the risk of accidents.
