Research On Prediction Analysis Of Oil Throughput And Planning Design Of Enterprise Development In TJ Port

In recent years,with the gradual progress of industrial adjustment in China,domestic crude oil extraction capacity cannot meet domestic needs,the volume of crude oil traded by foreign imports has increased linearly.The import of bulk goods depends on the lower-priced maritime industry.With the continuous increase of bulk crude oil imports,the role of the port in bulk commodity logistics has become more and more prominent.As the consequence,the increase of oil shipments brings opportunities for crude oil port.As the core hub of north China,TJ Port should be adapted to the orientation of Tianjin and the restructuring in the new period.And also TJ Port should participated in the major changes in the development and opening up of Tianjin and Binhai New Area,The crude oil business of TJ port should be rapidly developed on the premise that the supply of oil in China is guaranteed.All above problems are a topic worthy of study.The thesis analyzed the current operation conditions of TJ Port firstly,including throughput,facilities for transportation and transportation,and business requirements.Based on above,current bottleneck was studied.And further,through the analysis competition,supply and demand of TJ Port in the Bohai Rim region,the original demand of TJ Port in relation to the hinterland was studied with “grey forecasting”was used to forecast.At last,based on the theory of strategic management and the characteristics of the port industry,SWOT analysis method was used to clarify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of crude oil business of TJ Port.Meanwhile,the objectives and measures were also proposed in the article.Through the empirical research,the ideas and methods have been developed.The thinking of development strategy has been enriched,as a result,a useful reference has been provided.
