The coal mine safety production monitoring system monitors and monitors various mine technical indicators through sensors,and realizes functions such as data collection,analysis,prediction,and emergency linkage.It is one of the powerful channels to ensure coal mine safety production.Although China's current coal mine safety monitoring system has begun to use advanced technologies such as industrial Ethernet and digital sensors,there are still various deficiencies and deficiencies,so it is imperative to upgrade the safety production monitoring system.This paper analyzes the current status of the safety production monitoring system of Hong Shiwan Coal Mine and the new requirements of the company for safe production,and proposes an overall design plan for the upgrade and reconstruction of the original system.The upgrade and reconstruction of the ground monitoring subsystem mainly includes the monitoring of the main and backup machines and the new software installation.?Addition of multi-system data fusion server and supporting equipment of the dispatching center mon itoring system;upgrade and transformation of the transmission network subsystem mainly includes upgrading the original system's backbone transmission network from a 100 megabit single-loop underground safety production monitoring Ethernet to a gigabit dual-ring The CAN underground network used in the underground industrial Ethernet ring network,underground sensors and monitoring substations is upgraded to the RS485 bus network,and the monitoring substation to the backbone transmission network is constructed as a star network.The front-end data acquisition and control subsystem upgrade includes the following:Design of performance indicators,collection targets,installation locations,and power supply distances of comprehensive monitoring substations and various types of digital sensors downhole.After comprehensive analysis of the actual operation of the safety production monitoring system of Hong Shiwan Coal Mine and higher-level enterprises,the system qualification,product performance,market share,and product services were compared,and it was finally determined that the KJ95X system was used to complete Hong Shiwan The upgrading and reformation of the coal mine safety production monitoring system also proposed the concept of applying big data,cloud computing and other technologies in the development of Hong Shiwan Coal Mine towards digital mines and smart mines.After the implementation of the transformation,the hardware and software aspects of the coal mine safety production monitoring system were tested.The test results showed that the main technical indicators of the hardware and software aspects of the upgraded safety production monitoring system met the expected design requirements.Hardware functions such as automatic switching function,sensors,and transmitters have been significantly improved,and software has improved functions such as device search,intelligent plug-and-play identification,and disconnected resume transmission;meanwhile,it simplifies configuration operations and enriches reporting functions Combined with business process analysis,the upgraded safety production monitoring system meets the needs of Hong Shiwan coal mine transformation,and the transformation results have achieved the expected results.
