As an important part of the hot air drying system of printing equipment,oven can provide good drying effect for printing products and guarantee drying quality.However,due to the discordant structure design of the oven,the heat energy inside the drying system cannot be fully utilized,which will also affect the uniformity of the air velocity of each nozzle,resulting in the inconsistent drying degree of materials,reduce the drying quality of printed products,it is necessary to optimize its structure.As it takes time and effort to complete the structural optimization through experiments,the use of numerical simulation technology to conduct the simulation and structural optimization of the oven is of great research significance and engineering application value for revealing the distribution law of the flow field inside the oven.The main research contents of this paper include the following.(1)According to the structure and size of the drying oven provided by the enterprise,the drying oven was simplified appropriately,the three-dimensional simulation model of the drying oven was constructed,and the mesh was divided,boundary conditions were set,and the mathematical model of the internal flow field of the hot-air drying oven was established.(2)An appropriate turbulence model and numerical calculation method were selected.Fluent was used to conduct numerical simulation calculation on the distribution of the flow field in the oven during the drying process.The velocity non-uniformity coefficient M was introduced as the evaluation index to quantitatively evaluate the uniformity of the wind velocity distribution at different locations of the material belt.And considered in the simulation of the moving strip of the surrounding the fluid-structure interaction analysis of the influence of flow field,set different strip movement simulation calculation,the comparison and analysis of the simulation results of before and after coupling,determine the best walking speed,and the oven is internal air flow phenomenon of uneven distribution of optimization scheme is put forward.(3)By adding arc plate flow to improve oven endogenous wind mouth out the uniformity of the wind,because the flow board related parameters will affect its uniform wind effect,choose L9(34)orthogonal test table design of orthogonal test,by analyzing the factors that determine the best value,get the final optimization,simulation,and compared with before optimization results,verify the validity of the optimization of structure.
