| At present,wet production line result in the high energy consumption and instable quality for Synthetic leather,the circularly flowing oven also exist uneven velocity outlet and unreasonable distribution of temperature.That oven in production line of leather wash in the enterprise was studied in this paper and the field of flow and temperature of the oven were systematically researched and discussed,and structure of the oven and air duct was optimized,the main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Mathematical model was established by using standard k-s turbulence model with fan and radiator model.The simulated results was verified on the situation of working conditions,the results show that the average error between the calculated value of the parameter variable and the experimental data is not more than 10%,and the calculated result of the model is reliable.(2)The numerical simulation of the hot air circulation system of synthetic leather oven,the results show that the temperature difference in the width direction of the oven is larger and the temperature fluctuation range is larger,and the velocity uniformity of the nozzle outlet is poor,which affects the quality of the synthetic leather and production efficiency,increased energy consumption.(3)In view of the uneven speed of the nozzle outlet,that a variety of oven air duct structure optimization program are presented.The effect of the baffle on the airflow performance of the baffle is determined.The simulation results show that the number of baffles,the size and the inclination angle and the taper angle of the duct are analyzed.When the block length is 345mm,the airflow can achieve good uniformity.Also,by adjusting the baffle angle β,it is found that the velocity uniformity of the nozzle outlet is relatively improved when the bevel angle β is 4 °.In the ducts where the baffles have been installed,change the taper angle of the air duct to 3 °,the vortex generated in the duct is basically eliminated,and the nozzle outlet velocity distribution is the most uniform.Combined with the overall flow field analysis of the oven,this optimization method not only reduces the coefficient of non-uniformity of the nozzle outlet wind speed of the upper and lower air ducts,but also reduces the fluctuation range of the wind speed difference between the upper and lower nozzles.(4)Aiming at the influence of waste heat recovery on the hot air circulation of the oven,the text was studied about the location and quantity of the outlet of the waste heat recovery and the air flow distribution ratio of the different air supply positions on the oven.The results showed exhaust gas of high temperature was recycled and reused,which comes from the top of the oven.Exhaust gas gets into the oven,it can preheat the low temperature air at the inlet.This may improve overall temperature inside the oven.Two inlet position are installed near both ends of the oven.When forward and the end of the air volume ratio of 7:3,the maximum temperature difference is reduced by 7 K.The standard deviation is also reduced from the maximum 3.64 to 0.56.Temperature distribution uniformity the width of each section of the oven has been greatly improved,which is conducive to enterprises to achieve energy saving,speed up production efficiency. |
