| As the number of horizontal well increases rapidly,it has become an important technical means in oilfield development at present.With the oil field entering medium to high water-cut development period,it is increasingly urgent to judge the water flooded layer and find out the position of water exit of horizontal well accurately.In order to improve the understanding of horizontal well production status,to grasp the situation of produced fluid in horizontal hole section and the first-hand production logging datas to analyze is needed and becomes the highest priority in horizontal well development.In this paper,firstly,the author improved the production logging equipment,especially amplified the signal,by improving the instrument transmission system and cable interface system,considering the difficulty on transporting the instruments into the complex horizontal wellbore.Thus,the accuracy of data recording of high water-cut horizontal well and the conveying distance in horizontal hole section are both enhanced.Secondly,the instrument parameters are determined by means of calibrating single index.The stability of the new production logging system is confirmed by fail test of instrument transmission system,cable interface system and logging equipment.Then,we built correction chart,run mathematical computation and analyzed the response experiments of logging instruments abroad,based on which we studied the means of parameters calibration.Finally,according to calculation and contrastive analysis,software for interpreting production logging data is developed based on data recording and calculating.The software is applyied and took field experiments in The Forth Exploit Factory,The Fifth Exploit Factory and The Erlian Filiale of HuaBei Oilfield Company,liquid and oil producing capacity and other parameters of every layer in horizontal well can be accurately tested,which is helpful to rational use and comprehensive governance of horizontal well. |
