With the deepening of the development of the oil wells,in order to solve the problem of the liquid level of the reservoir is decreasing,the oil well uses the water injection method to keep the reservoirs enough to be driven out.Therefore,the moisture content of the crude oil gradually enters the high water content of the stage.In order to strengthen the sustainable development of oil well development,improving the efficiency of crude oil extraction.With the continuous development of drilling technology,the number of horizontal wells in domestic and foreign oilfields is increasing exponentially,and the horizontal wells with high precision and high cost are developed.Crude oil moisture content measuring instruments for improving China’s crude oil moisture content measurement technology has practical value.In this paper,the main parameters(density,pressure,flow rate,etc.)of the two-phase flow were studied carefully,which proved that the moisture content of the measured environment is measured by the factors such as the temperature and pressure of the measured environment.Then the effects of BP neural network and RBF neural network were compared.The RBF neural network was used to simulate the multi-sensor data fusion,so as to eliminate the influence of temperature and pressure on the measurement accuracy of water content.The RBF neural network was trained and put into experimental application in MATLAB.The main parameters of the two-phase flow were measured by using the oil and water two-phase flow simulation equipment of the Spray New Technology Co.,Ltd.,and the training was carried out.Then the results were compared with the standard data.The experimental results showed that the measured results of the measuring instrument were compared with the standard data,and the expected results were achieved.The instrument could be easily sent to the oil well with the oil injection device specified position for horizontal well water content measurement,and its convenience,cheap,but also long-term immersed in the wells,without taking every measurement to be removed.Long life,high stability and high accuracy.
