Explosive hydraulic pressing process is widely used.Because all kinds of explosives have the characteristic of inflammable and explosive hazards,explosive hydraulic pressing process is a typical dangerous process.In order to study the risk of the explosive hydraulic pressing process and to control possible combustion and explosion accidents,the system of materialprocess-equipment-workplace was established according to its characteristics,so as to carry out risk analysis and assessment methods.Firstly,risk factors in explosive hydraulic pressing process were identified by hazard identification from the aspects of materials,process and equipment,and workplace.Then by employing FMEA method,the possible failure modes of the hydraulic machine and its influence on the pressure output were analyzed.The failure of the speed control valve,hydraulic cylinder,oil filter,pressure relay,etc.has a great influence on the pressure output of the hydraulic machine.By employing HAZOP method,the potential hazards in the explosive pressing process and the possible accident consequences were analyzed.It was found that the risk of potential combustion and explosion accident at the "pressing" node and the "demolition" node is high,and "the hydraulic press pressure is unstable","the friction between the mold and the material is too large",and “the friction between the die and the punch is excessive”,“electrostatic spark”,“electrical sparks” have higher risks.Using LOPA method to calculate the above five high-risk scenarios,only the residual risk of the scene “electrical sparks” is not acceptable,more security measures need to be added.Finally,using the fuzzy analytic network process(F-ANP),the network model of the explosive pressing process was established.Through the comparison between the indexes of the model,the weights of each index was calculated.At the same time,the Delphi method was used to score the risk level of each index,and then the risk of the explosive hydraulic pressing process system was lower risk which was calculated using fuzzy mathematics,and corresponding risk control measures were put forward.The results show that,the risk assessment methods selected was applicable according to the characteristics of the process.And the risk analysis of system was well completed.The risk assessment process established in this paper can be used for reference in the safety work of explosive hydraulic pressing process.
