As an important equipment for controlling reaction in the production of ore furnace,electrode pressing,releasing and lifting directly affect the quality and output of ferroalloy.Accurate control of electrode control system is an important condition for ensuring low consumption and high efficiency of smelting in ore furnace.Based on the project of electrode automatic control system in a ferroalloy enterprise in Gansu province,this dissertation designs a new type of electrode automatic control system for ore thermal furnace by analyzing the process of electrode control system and the factors affecting electrode pressure,discharge and lifting.Firstly,according to the research status and development of electrode control of ore thermal furnace at home and abroad,combined with the requirements of users on the control system,through the analysis of the control strategy of ore thermal furnace and the existing problems of the control system,the main contents of this dissertation are determined.Then,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of smelting in the hot coal mine furnace,according to the problems existing in the existing control system and the proposed electrode control strategy,the strategy of the electrode control system in this dissertation is determined.Based on the electrode position,control the balance of current,resistance and power to achieve the three-phase balance of the ore furnace.The control quantities such as electrode position,current and resistance are defined,the collecting principle of electrode position and secondary current is determined,and the results are verified.Secondly,the overall control scheme is developed,and the electrode position is detected indirectly by a magnetic field sensor.When the electrode position is relatively reasonable,the required current and voltage are collected to complete the calculation of resistance and power.Taking the current,resistance and power as the fuzzy control conditions,determining the displacement of the electrode,and using the hydraulic system to lift or lower the electrode to achieve the three-phase balance.According to the overall control scheme,WinCC software is selected to design the upper monitoring interface,S7-200 SMART is the lower computer,GMPT0415(Hall effect sensor),BRAI(AC current transmitter),BD-4EA(Multiple power digital transmitter)is the detection component,PCI-1713U-BE is the data acquisition card.The Ethernet port and analog module of S7-200 SMART are used to realize the communication between the host computer and PLC as well as the detection component and PLC,so as to ensure the communication is stable and reliable.In order to prevent the failure of the automatic control system,the manual operation table was designed as a standby system,and the circuit diagram of the manual operation table and the control circuit diagram were designed.Finally,according to the control scheme was carried out on the upper monitoring software interface design,write a script to collect current read storage and processing according to the theoretical study and field experience to establish fuzzy control query table,and use the ladder diagram rules,realize the fuzzy control algorithm for electrode displacement,or elevating electrode by controlling the hydraulic system pressure,to the state of equilibrium.After the completion of the design of the electrode control system,through the field debugging of the entire control system,it is proved that the control system can achieve the expected control effect.
