Qilian Mountain is an important ecological security barrier in China,especially in the western region.It has an extremely important role and is known as the “Mother Mountain” in Hexi.National,local governments and local residents are highly concerned about their ecological protection and governance.In recent years,many incidents of ecological and environmental damage in the Qilian Mountains have reflected to some extent that the environmental damage problem in the Qilian Mountains still exists and even has a tendency to increase.This issue has been highly valued by the government departments at all levels,and has made Qilian Mountain once again Key research objects in the academic community.Combining the "toughness" theory that has emerged in recent years,from the perspective of the composite ecosystem,the research on the toughness evaluation of the Qilian Mountains has made up for the lack of research on the current regional resilience in the country,and it has certain theoretical and practical significance for the ecological environment protection in the Qilian Mountains.This article takes the Qilian Mountain area as the research object,and based on natural resources and socioeconomic data in 2006 and 2016.From the perspective of the composite ecosystem,this paper conducts research on the resilience of the Qilian Mountain area.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the definition and analysis of ecosystem resilience,combined with the reality of the ecological and environmental problems in the Qilian Mountains,a Qilian Mountain complex ecosystem resilience evaluation system composed of three dimensions of nature,economy,and society was constructed;(2)Application of the extension evaluation method In the assessment of the toughness of the composite ecosystem in the Qilian Mountains area,an integrated comprehensive assessment model of the toughness in the Qilian Mountains area was constructed;(3)The comprehensive assessment of the toughness of the Qilian Mountains in 2006 and 2016 was calculated from the natural and economic dimensions,respectively.Evaluation and analysis of resilience,resilience of social dimensions and comprehensive resilience,and put forward corresponding countermeasures for ecological environment governance of Qilian Mountains.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of the toughness in the natural dimension,the two phases of the results are spatially distributed.The toughness grades in the eastern Qilian Mountains are higher than those in the western regions,and the overall toughness grades have declined,and the sensitivity to external disturbances has increased.(2)From the perspective of the resilience of the economic dimension,the resilience of the economic circles of several major cities,mainly Xining City,Liangzhou District and Yumen City,is significantly higher than the rest of the region,but with the economic development,the economy of the Qilian Mountains region The dimensional resilience gap is shrinking in various regions,and the overall economic dimensional resilience has improved significantly,and the ability to recover after disturbance to the outside world is better.(3)From the perspective of the social dimension resilience,Liangzhou District,Xining City,and their service radiation zones have higher resilience,and the remaining regions have lower resilience levels.Overall,the social dimension resilience has been significantly improved,and adaptation to external disturbance The ability is significantly enhanced.(4)From the perspective of comprehensive toughness,the two periods of data show that the southeast area of Qilian Mountain is better than the northwest area,and the toughness grade gradually decreases from the southeast to the northwest.The overall toughness has The rise can better maintain the stability between various dimensions of the system in the face of adverse disturbances in the system and the outside,and when one of the dimensions of nature,economy,and society is disturbed,the other dimensions can be adjusted quickly.Recovery and adaptation to various disturbances,but at the same time there is also an uneven development in the area of comprehensive toughness.From the perspective of the composite system,this paper applies the theory and method of resilience to the ecological environment management in the Qilian Mountains.It is a preliminary exploration and research on the resilience of the regional composite ecosystem.The resilience evaluation system of the Qilian Mountain complex ecosystem was constructed,and a comprehensive assessment model for extension resilience was proposed,and the resilience of the QilianMountains region was calculated from the comprehensive evaluation of nature,economy,society,and system.
