Research The Fifth Stage Project Of The Storage Of Crude Oil In Xianren Island Port Area In Yingkou Port Using The Theory Of PDCA Quality Management

Construction engineering projects have high requirements for quality management in construction construction,but there are some outstanding problems in the construction quality management of some construction projects in China,especially the lack of scientific quality management consciousness.Not paying attention to the application of appropriate quality management methods to improve the quality of the project,which has a great negative impact on construction units,design units,construction units,supervision units and even government construction quality supervision departments.herefore,how to effectively apply the scientific quality management method in the project becomes a top priority.This paper takes the fifth stage project of the storage of crude oil in Xianren Island Port Area in Yingkou Port as an example,it investigates and analyzes the quality management of the project and finds that there are some prominent problems in this project,for example,in the imperfect quality management system,the lacking of supervision mechanism on the construction site,the improper quality management methods,and the lacking of application of the overall quality management mechanism.This paper uses the relevant theory of PDCA cycle quality management to conduct an in-depth analysis,find the entry point of the project,and the current quality management activity process can be adjusted.Through four stages of the planning,implementation,inspection and improvement of the PDCA cycle,applying PDCA circulation has been solved problems,through the formulation of project management plans,clear quality management goals,streamlining management organizations,strengthening the management and implementation of the three stages before,during and after construction,establishing a sound inspection system,improving the quality management system.The application of PDCA management method not only improves the project management level,reduces the risk of project quality problems,but also improves the economic benefits.This paper explores the feasibility of PDCA quality management method in improving the quality of supporting projects in the port area.Thus the experience can be promoted and learned by other similar engineering projects.The paper has 11 figures,6 tables,66 references...
