Belt conveyor is the key equipment for transporting raw coal,and it plays a vital role in the coal mining process.However,the transportation route is long and composed of many links,belt conveyor often produce faults such as running off,slipping,piling coal,smoke and so on.Moreover,the belt conveyor often operates at constant speed under light or no load,which leads to the waste of electric energy.The safety,reliability and energy saving of its operation directly affect of coal mine production and coal output,and affect the safety of workers' lives and the economic benefits of coal mine.Therefore,according to the actual situation and technical requirements of underground coal mine,a set of function monitoring system of mine belt conveyor is developed.In order to realize the speed regulation control of belt conveyor monitoring system,an energy-saving controller is designed.Using the characteristics of fuzzy control suitable for nonlinear and time-varying complex systems,and the predictive function of T-S fuzzy model is selected to control the system.Because the rule number and figure of membership function are determined by subjective factors,the rule number of membership function is first determined by fuzzy clustering method,then the parameters of T-S fuzzy model are identified,then the parameters of T-S fuzzy model are optimized by genetic algorithm,and finally the membership function is transformed into a linear time-varying state space model.The predictive function of the model is used to control the non-linear belt conveyor system.The belt conveyor monitoring system is divided into two parts,the ground control layer uses three S7-300 PLC control substations to control the start and stop of the three belt conveyors respectively,the ground control layer uses an S7-300 PLC control master station to exchange and process data with the control substations and the upper computer through industrial Ethernet,and the upper computer uses MCGS configuration software for monitoring images.Through experimental simulation and field test,the simulation results and field data are analyzed.The results show that the designed belt conveyor monitoring system has high operation reliability and good speed regulation effect.
