| Underground belt transportation system is the main energy consumption link in coal mine production.The energy efficiency of belt conveyor directly affects the income and competitiveness of enterprises.However,under the traditional operating mode,the belt conveyor is often in the state of under load or without load,and the operation efficiency is low,which causes a lot of waste of electric energy.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the original system to reduce energy consumption and reduce energy costs.First of all,the research status and application prospect of belt conveyor at home and abroad are introduced,and the technical gap of domestic belt conveyor is pointed out.The problems existing in the running mode of belt conveyor are analyzed,and the optimization space is pointed out.The starting process of belt conveyor will produce a large impact current,which will cause great damage to equipment and power network.The unbalance of multi-motor drive power affects the safe operation of the equipment.The under load and no-load operation of belt conveyor will not only cause a great deal of power loss,but also accelerate the wear of belt.According to the principle of energy demand side management,as well as the characteristics of the existing mode,combines with the electricity price system,the optimization strategy of peak clipping and valley filling and variable frequency speed regulation is determined.Secondly,according to ISO5048 and DIN22101,the operating force of belt conveyor is analyzed,the power mathematical model of belt conveyor system is established.All parameters are summarized into 4 coefficients,which is convenient for optimization calculation.The grey prediction model is established to predict the coal production.The optimal objective function of the minimum electricity cost is determined by using the TOU price.In order to solve the problem that the model mismatch and the system disturbance affect the control precision,a predictive control algorithm is introduced.The idea of rolling optimization can effectively eliminate errors and improve the quality of optimization.Then,system optimization simulation is carried out.The simulation results show that compared with the original operation mode,the energy consumption and energy cost of the optimized belt conveyor system are greatly reduced.Belt conveyor running moresmoothly,reducing the impact on mechanical equipment and power grid,and the overall system optimization effect is good.Finally,the hardware structure and software flow of the optimal control system are designed.The control system is composed of DSP,frequency converter,bunker material level meter and speed sensor.The control process includes the main flow,the speed flow,the emergency management process,the soft start process,and the power balance control flow. |
