In the low temperature environment,the wax in the diesel oil will precipitate with the decrease of the temperature,and the precipitated wax crystal will reduce the fluidity of the diesel fuel,resulting in the transportation of the diesel oil and the failure of the diesel engine to proceed normally.Diesel pour point depressant is an oil-soluble polymer which can improve the low-temperature flow performance of diesel.According to Lanzhou 0# diesel oil transported by Golmud-Lanzhou pipeline,the distribution of composition carbon in diesel oil was analyzed and compared.It was found that Lanzhou 0#diesel carbon has a wide distribution range and high carbon content,and the aromatic hydrocarbons and colloids are also included.The content is also relatively low.A hexadecyl acrylate-phenic acid-maleic anhydride terpolymer pour point depressant was prepared according to the above analysis results.In this paper,hexadecyl acrylate was first prepared and the optimal conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal test: the best n(acrylic acid): n(hexadecanol)was 1:1.2,and the amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid was 0.7%,the amount of hydroquinone is 0.5%,the optimum reaction temperature is 120 ° C,and the optimum reaction time is 4hours.The influence of each factor on the experiment from strong to weak is:the ratio of the amount of the substance added with acrylic acid and cetyl alcohol> the experimental temperature> the amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid> the amount of hydroquinone> the experimental time.The prepared hexadecyl acrylate was polymerized with styrene and maleic anhydride.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The ratio of polymer monomer was4:1:4,and the amount of initiator was 0.7%.The polymerization temperature was 90 ° C,the stirring speed was 650 r / min,and the polymerization timewas 8 hours.The influence of various factors on the pour point depressant from strong to weak is: polymer monomer ratio> polymerization time>stirring speed> polymerization temperature> initiator dosage.At the same time,the prepared pour point depressant was compared with other commercially available pour point depressants,and the pour point depressant was lowered by 4.8 ° C when the addition amount was 1000 ppm.The stability of the pour point depressant after standing is also satisfactory.
