Diesel is a kind of widely used mineral oil, because of its high thermal power, powerful, relatively energy-saving and many other advantages, has a very broad prospects for development and application. But its poor flow temperature fluidity has restricted its development, and then as the result of conflicts aroused strong concern. Then exploring its principles, and to solve such problems seems urgent and meaningful. In this paper,0# diesel 1, Songjiang 0# diesel oil and 0# diesel 2 oil as the research objects, we system explored its family component, n-content and its low temperature fluidity, and the relationship between its sensitivity with depressants. At the same time, targeted for developing its flow temperature fluidity, synthesized a series of pour point depressants, and studying the corresponding mechanisms. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Representative analysis three 0# diesels, the low temperature fluidity Songjiang 0# diesel is worst. General pour point depressant couldn't work well, there is also the possibility of rise, not fall. That there Songjiang 0# diesel characteristics of high content of saturated hydrocarbons, and concentrated n-alkanes distribution which played as a reason led to their low temperature fluidity and sensitivity to depressants.(2) A series of methacrylate Ester namely:fourteen ester/cetyl/stearyl acrylate (abbreviation MC14, MC16, MC18), maleic anhydride copolymers and amine compounds (abbreviation MC-MA and MC-MA-a), and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography analysis, that the resulting polymer has a comb (zigzag) structure.(3) The effect of pour point depressants influenced by many factors, and they couldn't research separately. After a series of comparative tests, the 800ppm is a dosage which has more excellent performance, and relatively affordable.(4) In the remainder of the synthetic depressants, to explore its effectiveness so that its solidifying point SP and cold filter plugging point CFPP tested. The results showed that the copolymers and amine compounds,16MC-MA-a with a dosage of 800ppm best, namely to make the SP and CFPP drop 6? and 4?. In the blended depressants, PPDC2 blended by 16MC-MA and 18MC-MA-a enabled SP and CFPP of diesel dropped 26 ? and 11? at 800ppm dosage. And after several days of standing, PPDC2 still maintain good performance.(5) The addition of thermodynamics showed that the addition of depressants changed the enthalpy change ?H of the diesel, while 16MC-MA-a and PPDC2 most obvious; low temperature polarized microscopy POM test visually showed that after adding pour point depressants, approaching the solidifying point, the diesel almost still liquid, reducing wax crystal in our vision; and hydrodynamic testing indicated that the synthetic depressant can help the diesel exhibit Newtonian fluid at lower temperatures.
