| Autoclaved aerated concrete,as a kind of green building material,contains evenly distributed pores inside,and has many advantages such as light weight,heat insulation,sound insulation,sound insulation,fire resistance and so on.At present,in civil buildings,it is widely used as the filling wall and external wall insulation of buildings,as well as the wall panel,roof panel,floor panel and other aspects.Recently years,the blast caused by terrorist,chemical and oil and steam leakage occurs from time to time.The load caused by blast wave in blast has the characteristics of high amplitude,obvious impact effect,etc.,and the building components in explosion wave are subjected to strong dynamic load,multi-directional stress and other stress states.At present about the building materials for reinforced concrete structures blast resist research has a lot of,and blast resist research in view of the traditional masonry wall also has many,but the research of autoclaved aerated concrete as a material structures or masonry structure under blast load are very few,so the autoclaved aerated concrete mechanics performance under complex stress state is necessary.In this paper,the mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete under dynamic load and triaxial stress are studied with experiment.The main research contents are as follows:1.The cubic compressive strength,cylinder compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of autoclaved aerated concrete under static test are studied.The stress and strain curve of the material and the failure phenomenon are integrated.2.The mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete under dynamic uniaxial loading and high-speed impact state are studied.According to the stress and strain curves and experimental failure phenomena under different loading rates of materials,the failure forms of materials under different strain rates are analyzed.3.The research of mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete under three axial stress,stress and strain curve and test failure phenomenon material under different confining pressure state,and it is analyzed that the destruction mechanism of material and the changing rule of the axial compressive strength with increasing as the confining pressure,and gives the relation curves of material deformation and confining pressure.With the experimental research of autoclaved aerated concrete materials under dynamic loading and triaxial loads,this paper analysis the stress-strain relationship and failure mode of material,and provides theory guidance of blast resist for autoclaved aerated concrete masonry structure in numerical simulation aspect. |
