Autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC)is a new type of green building material,which integrates a series of advantages such as light weight,heat preservation,fire prevention and sound insulation,and meets the development requirements of China’s building industrialization and low-carbon economy,It is widely used in building envelope,middle and low-rise masonry structure and forest buildings.However,the weather in the forest area is humid,rainy and humid,and there is a certain amount of acid rain pollution.Because of its unique pore structure and water absorption characteristics,AAC will appear efflorescence phenomenon in the complex environment of forest area.Reduce the appearance quality of AAC building,and affect its mechanical properties and durability.Therefore,on the basis of consulting a large number of references at home and abroad,the main influencing factors of AAC defrosting are studied and discussed from the perspective of AAC defrosting mechanism,and the defrosting prevention technology of AAC block is preliminarily discussed and related research is carried out.The main research results are as follows:(1)Starting from the mechanism of AAC flooding,the main influencing factors of AAC flooding are studied.The results show that porosity,pore characteristics,raw material composition and the concentration of simulated acid rain in the external environment are the main factors affecting AAC flooding,Furthermore,the change rule of main influencing factors on AAC efflorescence flooding is further explored,that is,with the increase of porosity,the greater the water absorption of AAC,the heavier the efflorescence flooding degree;the significant influence of raw materials on the efflorescence flooding degree,the greater the difference between different AAC efflorescence flooding degrees of raw materials;the greater the concentration of acid rain,the more serious the erosion of AAC blocks,the more serious the efflorescence flooding.(2)The X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze the product of AAC deefflorescenceing,which provided a reference for analyzing the mechanism of AAC deefflorescenceing and making measures to prevent it.(3)The inhibition effect of two kinds of organosilicon waterproof materials on AAC deefflorescenceing was studied.The results showed that both the emulsion type and methosilicate Organosilicon on the surface of the test block could significantly suppress the efflorescence effect.
