| With the development of control technology towards complex computer network control,the control designer can’t only solve the underlying real-time control problem,also can solve the problem of integrated automation caused by upper level monitoring and management.Liquid chemical storage is a key link in the whole petrochemical industry chain,its flammable and explosive characteristics put forward higher requirements for safety management.Therefore,the liquid chemical storage management and optimization control of a company are studied in this paper.An information management and control system that is in line with the actual production and operation demends of enterprise,easy to operate,can collect storage data in real time in an essentially safe manner is builded up.Its purpose is to save inventory cost,improve labor efficiency and enssure safety in production.First,aiming at the particularity of liquid chemical products warehouse management system,a liquid chemical storage enterprise is taked as the research background,the actual situation and process of liquid chemical storage enterprises’ s production and operation in detail is investigated,the main objectives and functional requirements of management information system are clarified.Secondly,the optimization of liquid chemical products inventory is studied,the mathematical model of multi-variety inventory of liquid chemical products is established,particle swarm optimization(pso)is used to solve the liquid chemical warehouse inventory model.The example shows that this method can reduce the stock capital of liquid chemical products effectively.Once more,field bus network remote I/O control technology is adopted,chemical storage tank level、temperature and other indicators automaticly are monitored and collected,the inventory of each tank according to the formula is calculated,thus getting real-time inventory data,ensuring the personal safety of workers effectively,and improving the work efficiency of the measurer.Finally,on the basis of demand analysis and inventory optimization model research,the database of liquid chemical storage information system is designed,foreground with C# and background with SQL Server.The liquid chemical storage management information system is developed based on C/S architecture.The test results show that,the system realizes the information management of liquid chemical products in the storage process,and meets the expected functional requirements. |
