Under the new normal environment of Chinese economy,the private enterprise has the opportunity and the challenge.With the Advancement of supply-side reform and the rapid development of economic and trade,at present,the entire economic market has gradually undergone a transformation from the core of the market to the core of the market,and it is undeniable that customers are crucial to the survival and development of private enterprises.Therefore,understanding customer resources,studying customer resources and analyzing customer resources is a crucial process for private enterprises.Improving the relationship between customers and enterprises is the purpose of customer relationship management,which is a new management mechanism.Customer relationship management is not only the improvement of the business concept of the enterprise,but also a major change in the modern enterprise to provide customers with refined products and services.The application of customer relationship management can reduce the risks in enterprise marketing.Improve the profitability of enterprise marketing,enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty,and enhance the competitiveness of the same industry.Modern enterprise customer relationship management(CRM)is one of the focus areas of international attention,especially in information and technology.Tongkun Group Co.,Ltd.is referred to as Tongkun Shares for short.It was established in 1982 and is located in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province.After more than 30 years of development,the company has successfully developed from a township enterprise on the verge of bankruptcy into a large-scale joint-stock listed company with PTA,polyester and polyester fiber manufacturing as its main business through transformation and upgrading,technological transformation,and low-cost expansion.However,there are some shortcomings in how to manage and enhance customer relationship management.Starting from the theory of customer relationship management,this paper first describes the meaning and connotation of customer relationship management.Secondly,the paper analyzes the research status of customer relationship management at home and abroad with the help of literature,and then analyzes the current situation and problems of customer relationship management with the help of PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method.The countermeasures of customer relationship management of Tongkun shares are formulated,and the safeguard measures of customer relationship management are put forward.
