Analysis Of The Failure Of Jien Nickel's Expansion

This case uses theoretical research and case analysis to summarizes and analyzes the process and the reason of the failure of Jien Nickel's expansion based on related theories of managerial overconfidence and existing research results at home and abroad.The conclusions of this case is that manager's overconfidence is one of the main reasons for the failure of the expansion of the Jien Nickel industry.Then,after the research of the development of Jean Nickel,we find that there is an influence between manager's overconfidence and corporation's expansion and we summarize this theory.Finally,this case concludes the reason of the failure of the expansion of Jien Nickel and provides constructive suggestions.
