The line binding machine is a beautiful and non-polluting book binding tool,which is designed to use the thread to replace the hose and the staple to complete the book binding.Nowadays,there are roughly two types of wire-installed machines on the market,including semi-automatic wire-mounted machines,three-hole one-wire machines,four-hole one-wire machines,etc.,all of which have the characteristics of less threading method and more operation steps.This article aims to study the line binding machine,establish a model through design,control assembly errors,optimize part size,plan assembly sequence,complete a series of steps such as dynamics and statics simulation to create a new type of virtual environment Line binding machine and binding method.The working steps are as follows: First,introduce the main types of line binding machines on the market,and explain the selection and working principle of the line binding machine in this paper by comparing their advantages and disadvantages;3D model of the parts of the bookbinding machine,and form an assembly,optimize the size of the parts through static and dynamic interference inspection,improve the model of the whole machine;third,plan the assembly sequence of the model of the line binding machine by the split method,and use Solid works Composer The software creates assembly animations and verifies the feasibility of the prototype model assembly.Fourth,the dynamic simulation analysis of the complete machine model is completed by Solid works motion software,and the correctness of the simulation process is verified by comparing the theoretical setting data and the simulation data.The workbench finite element software performed a static analysis on the support part of the wire binding machine model,calculated its structural strength,and verified the rationality of the support part design.Finally,through a series of design and simulation in the virtual environment,a new type of line binding machine with a variety of binding methods was successfully created.
