Research On Influencing Factors Of X Company’s Open Innovation

Traditional enterprise innovation refers to the independent innovation of the enterprise under the premise of closed internal environment.With the development of enterprise innovation mode,it has become a new path for enterprise innovation to know how to use resources and knowledge,which makes the enterprise innovation sources gradually open to the outside.Combined with internal and external technological advantages,combined innovation breaks through the original enterprise’s innovation scope barriers,and pushes enterprise innovation to the open mode.This is open innovation,which is the exploration of resources and the idea of balanced development of enterprises.They are actively engaged in cooperation,technical exchange and joint research and development,no matter which way they are in order to obtain high-quality products and better profit space.By studying the influencing factors of open innovation,we can provide the key points of open innovation working for the main body of enterprises,and better serve the innovation design and implementation.Based on the research of the environment and the background of open innovation,combined with the case study,this paper analyzes the factors that affect open innovation,combs the factors that affect open innovation based on the analytic hierarchy process,determines the proportion of all kinds of open innovation influencing factors for the case company,and puts forward targeted strategic suggestions for the research results.This paper introduces the current situation of X company’s open innovation by case study,analyzes its problems in the process of open innovation,and analyzes the causes of the problems.By means of questionnaire survey,AHP is used to rank the influencing factors of open innovation of case enterprises.By means of factor analysis,the paper analyzes the substantial influence of each influencing factor,and concludes that in the first level,the greatest influence of enterprise performance output factor on open innovation is 52.56%,followed by the weight of open innovation enterprise input factor is24.75%,Finally,the process factor weight of open innovation enterprises is 22.69%;at the same time,in the second level of influencing factors,the success rate of project marketization has the greatest impact on open innovation of 13.00%,the growth rate of new products takes the second place of 11.79%,and the investment of R&D personnel takes the third place of 6.84%.This paper comes to the following conclusions: first,open innovation is veryimportant to the development of enterprises.Enterprises need to pay attention to the process and influencing factors of their own open innovation,and study from the three aspects of enterprise input factors,process factors and performance output factors;second,enterprise input factors,enterprise process factors and enterprise performance output factors are the influencing factors of enterprise development Third,through the hierarchical division of enterprise input factors,enterprise process factors and enterprise performance output factors,among the factors that affect open innovation,the factors that have a greater impact are the conversion rate of project market success and the growth rate of new products,as well as the growth rate of new products and the investment of R &D personnel,and at the same time,open The three influencing factors,i.e.the cognitive ability,the geographical advantage of the platform and the executive ability of the innovation of the platform,are the least significant.Finally,it puts forward specific opinions on the implementation of innovation strategy,improvement of innovation driving force,innovation identification and talent training of the future case company X.
