In recent years,the tobacco industry has undergone a series of profound changes in the external environment,and the industry is undergoing a severe test.Tobacco business enterprises have gradually entered the service marketing period.They realize that customer loyalty has become the most important resource and take customer service marketing as one of the key tasks.Customer points management system is a common method of customer service marketing.How to improve the customer loyalty,establish a stable and harmonious relationship between customers and tobacco companies with the help of the customer points management system,and then increase the sales of tobacco companies is a meaningful topic that has not yet been deeply studied by tobacco companies.Based on the current marketing status and customer status of H Tobacco Company,this paper investigates and analyzes the loyalty of the three major customer groups of H Tobacco Company by means of questionnaire survey,interview method,and graph analysis method.It is found that there is great room for improving the loyalty of these three types of customers.And most customers actively support the establishment of the Customer Points Management System of H Tobacco Company.Through the analysis,this paper finds that H Tobacco Company has the foundation of establishing customer points management system,and can improve customer loyalty and sales through customer points management system.According to the market demand,this paper designs the customer points management system of H Tobacco Company,and sets up different system functions for different roles in marketing activities.Finally,this paper expounds implementation plan of the system and the guarantee measures.Based on customer loyalty,customer points related theory and the actual situation of H Tobacco Company,this paper puts forward the design and implementation plan of H Tobacco’s customer points management system.It provides a practical direction for H Tobacco Company to enhance customer loyalty and sales performance.At the same time,the research results and methods can also be used in other tobacco companies in the same industry,which has reference significance for service customer management in the same industry.
