| The support problem of loose surrounding rock roadway under deep mining conditions is one of the important technical problems that plague coal mining.This paper takes the return air roadway of 1366 working face of Hengda Coal Mine as the engineering background.Through the combination of theoretical analysis,field measurement and numerical simulation,the causes of roadway deformation and instability are analyzed in depth,and the roadway surrounding rock support technology of ’ full anchor cable + full section grouting ’ is proposed.The main research results are summarized as follows :This paper analyzes the spatial relationship of mining in 1366 working face,obtains the physical and mechanical parameters of typical coal and rock in roof and floor and coal seam,analyzes the distribution characteristics of ground stress,and simulates and predicts the evolution law of stress field under mining conditions according to the irregular structural characteristics of working face,and obtains the stress distribution law of mining roadway in working face.The distribution law of surrounding rock loose circle is obtained by testing,and it is determined that the surrounding rock of roadway belongs to the surrounding rock of large loose circle.It is concluded that the reason of large deformation and instability of roadway surrounding rock is that the rapid increase of surrounding rock failure range of large loose circle under the influence of mining leads to the decrease of combined support effect with bolt + anchor cable as the core.Based on the numerical simulation method,the full anchor cable support scheme of roadway side roof is designed,and the specific parameters of anchor cable support are designed.According to the characteristics of large deformation and floor heave of roadway surrounding rock in 1366 working face,the performance ratio experiment of surrounding rock grouting material was carried out,and the grouting parameters of roadway surrounding rock were optimized by combining theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method.The field industrial experiment of the surrounding rock support scheme of " full anchor cable + full section grouting " in the return air roadway of1366 working face was carried out,and good support effect was obtained,which verified the effectiveness of the research results.The research results of this paper have successfully solved the problem of roadway support in 1366 working face,which has certain reference and guiding significance for the roadway surrounding rock support of Hengda Coal Mine and similar production conditions. |
