The balance degree of mining has a significant impact on the normal mining of coal.The most effective technical means to solve the imbalance of mining is to improve the tunneling efficiency of the roadway,especially the mining roadway.At present,the close seam mining is common in the coal mining process.There are some problems in the driving of the coal roadway in the underlying coal seam,such as the slow speed of roadway formation and the great influence of dynamic pressure.Therefore,in order to solve this kind of problem,this paper takes Gaozhuang Coal Mine 3 lower 1104 haulage lane as the research object,and studies the layout of coal lane,driving support technology and complete set of equipment.Through field investigation,numerical simulation and engineering practice,this paper systematically studies the selection of space position of roadway,the influence of bolt and cable support parameters on the support effect,and the matching relationship between the selection of driving equipment and the driving speed of roadway.Finally,the support technology of "high strength and low density" is put forward,and a complete set of driving equipment suitable for driving along goaf in close dynamic pressure thick coal seam is formed.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies the mining characteristics of the overlying coal seam,the selection of the space position of the roadway in the overlying coal seam and the layout of the mining roadway,which provides a certain basis for the layout and support of the roadway in the three lower coal seams.(2)The finite difference software FLAC3 D is used to simulate the selection of the space position of the roadway,the pre tightening force of the anchor cable,the distance between rows,the length and the supporting schemes of different parts.Combined with the numerical simulation results and the geological conditions of the roadway,the layout of the roadway along the goaf and the supporting technology of "high strength and low density" are put forward finally.(3)Through the combination of literature research and geological conditions,the mechanized production line of "mb670-1 anchor digging machine + pzl1500 / 300 crawler type transfer crusher + dzq100 / 100 / 40 type belt conveyor for coal mine + dsj-100 / 2 × 132 type belt conveyor" is finally introduced into the 1104 transport lane under 3 for coal tunnel driving.And the field practice shows that the whole set of driving equipment can coordinate the parallel operation of driving,supporting and transportation processes to a large extent and reduce the labor intensity of workers,with the maximum daily footage of 20 m.The industrial test shows that the support technology and the complete set of driving equipment can better adapt to the type of coal roadway driving and maintenance,forming a short distance dynamic pressure thick coal seam along the goaf driving technology and a complete set of driving equipment,which has certain guidance and reference for the rapid driving of coal roadway under similar conditions in Zaozhuang Mining Group.There are 66 figures,12 tables and 104 references in this paper.
