| In this paper,Yindonggou coal mine 110201 working face haulage roadway as the background,the short distance coal seam goaf under the roadway bolt support technology research.Because the original bolt support of 110201 working face can not control the stability of surrounding rock,the deformation of surrounding rock is large,and can not meet the requirements of production,the stability of the original support system of 110201 working face is evaluated by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement,and the instability mechanism of 110201 working face is analyzed,This paper expounds the propagation law of mining stress under the complex stress environment of "three mining and one excavation" disturbance in close distance coal seam,tests the distribution range of surrounding rock loose zone of transportation roadway in 110201 working face,optimizes the design of roadway support parameters,and realizes the effective support of transportation roadway in 110201 working face.The main conclusions are as follows(1)This paper studies the stress distribution,deformation and failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock during driving and mining in 110201 working face under the original support conditions,analyzes the deformation law and influencing factors of roadway surrounding rock,evaluates the reliability of original bolt and anchor cable support,and expounds the failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock under two conditions of narrow(small)coal pillar and wide coal pillar.(2)The uniaxial compressive strength,tensile strength and shear strength of the surrounding rock of the haulage roadway of 110201 working face under the goaf of short distance coal seam were tested,and the range of loose circle at different positions of haulage roadway of 110201 working face under the goaf of short distance coal seam was determined.(3)This paper analyzes the support principle of high strength bolt under the disturbance of "three mining and one excavation",and the stress distribution characteristics of 110201 working face transportation roadway,and studies and determines the bolt(cable)support parameters of 110210 working face transportation roadway.(4)The bolt support quality,roadway surface displacement and surrounding rock deep displacement of 110201 working face transportation roadway in close distance coal seam goaf were monitored,and the bolt stress status and surrounding rock deformation law were obtained.There are 50 figures,41 tables and 98 references in this paper. |
