Research On Optimization Of Production Process Of Gansu Tobacco Industry Company Based On Six Sigma

In recent years,the tobacco consumption market tends to be saturated and the inventory of industrial enterprises rises.The state regulates and controls the production of industrial enterprises through a slightly tight balance policy,reduces the planned output of archives,and further strengthens the de stocking of industrial enterprises.As an important economic support of the country,under such circumstances,industrial enterprises are faced with the dilemma of sales volume can not be increased and profits and taxes can be increased.However,the tobacco industry still needs stable development.Enterprises can only find ways from the inside to maintain the vitality of enterprise development by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Therefore,Gansu Tobacco Industry Company needs to optimize the production and operation of the enterprise through the management idea of Six Sigma.According to the practical problems encountered in the production process of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the current difficulties and causes faced by Gansu Tobacco Industry Company,puts forward the idea of using Six Sigma to solve the problems,and uses the following methods for research: through literature search,the research problems and methods are determined,and the research framework is established;the basic theory of production process,production flow are analyzed According to the current actual production situation of Gansu Tobacco Industry Company,the production process is optimized from two aspects: improving the efficiency of production process and the quality of production process.Through the analysis and improvement,the sigma level of the production line has been significantly improved,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,and improving product quality.
