Shaft parts are one of the most commonly used parts in automobile,enginee r ing machinery,medical equipment,aerospace and other fields.Its manufacturing accuracy has a great impact on the overall life and quality of products.As one of the four factors affecting product quality,straightness is the key research object in the field of precision measurement,and the axis of shaft parts is an important basis for evaluating its straightness.In this paper,the measurement method of the benging deformation axis of the cylindrical and hexagonal shafts is studied,the mian contents are as follows:1.Aiming at the measurement requirements of the bending deformation axis of cylindrical and hexagonal shaft parts,a continuous rotation measurement scheme is proposed which the bending deformation axis is calculated using its surface profile.The purpose of measuring the bending deformation axis can be achieved only by using a single laser displacement sensor.Based on the different geometric characteristics of cylindrical and hexagonal shafts,the measurement models of cylindrical and hexagona l shafts are established respectively.Combined with the measurement characteristics of laser sensors,the mathematical model and processing algorithm of the cylindrical and hexagonal shaft are given.2.The measurement model of cylindrical and hexagonal shafts is analyzed,the numerical simulation of the measurement process is carried out,and the peak-valley envelope and edge-line fitting methods are proposed to process the simulation data.The measurement error attected by the measurement parameters such as the rotating speed of the measured part,the moving speed of the sensor,the number of measureme nt sampling points,and the size of the measured part are calculated.The principle of measurement error is studied carefully,and the accuracy and applicability of the measurement method are verified theoretically.3.An experimental measurement system that can be applied to both cylindr ic a l and hexagonal shafts is designed and built to meet the measurement needs of differe nt diameter and different lengths.The measurement experiments of cylindrical and hexagonal shafts were carried out,and the processing program of the measurement data was compiled.The three-dimensional reconstruction of the surface profile of the measured part is completed using the measurement data of the laser displacement sensor,the grating ruler and the rotary encoder,and the axis bending deformation of the measured part is obtained.The measurement results are basically matched with the results of the ZEISS Calypso precis ion scanner,which verifies the reliability and correctness of the measurement method proposed in this paper for the cylindrical and the hexagonal shafts.
