It is of great significance to realize the efficient operation of the motor in the process of oilfield injection,if the output shaft of the equipment and other equipment can be detected in real time.However,the existing shaft power measurement products are generally installed complex,high cost and other problems.It is difficult to meet the requirements of optimizing energy conservation in the oil field.Therefore,in order to solve the existing problems of the shaft power measurement system effectively and to achieve accurate measurement of the real-time shaft power of the motor output shaft,a method of measuring the shaft power laser based on linear array CCD is presented,which mainly includes the principles and schemes of the shaft power measurement system,hardware circuit design,software design and shaft power measurement system experiments.(1)The process environment and technical specifications of the shaft power measurement system are described.Shaft power measurement system of the overall research ideas and specific development and design process has been identified.When the working shaft power measuring system,a bunch of horizontal high-precision laser is continuously launched to the two adapter mirrors are fixed on the drive shaft at set intervals,which is arranged on two adapters fixed on the shaft with a defined interval.The reflected laser irradiates the photosensitive surfaces of the two linear CCD in detector,and the torsional angle of transmission shaft calculated by using a laser differential mode to get the dynamic torque.(2)Hardware circuit design of axis power measurement system.DSP is used as the core processor.which includes linear CCD drive and acquisition module,linear CCD and axis adapter distance measurement module,shaft speed measurement module,serial communication module.Among them,the choice of comes with electronic shutter linear CCD,can be reflected to the linear CCD laser spot position instantaneous acquisition.(3)Software design of shaft power measurement system.Which includes the lower computer and the host computer in two parts.Among them,the lower computer program can realize linear CCD drive and data acquisition,linear CCD pixel positioning algorithm,linear CCD and axis adapter distance measurement,shaft speed measurement,serial communication and other functions.Data communication and data processing functions can be achieved in the host computer.Among them,the median filter algorithm and the adaptive binarization threshold algorithm are used for linear CCD pixel location.(4)Designed a mechanical experiment platform,and the shaft power measurement system was experimented.The fitting model of shaft twist and shaft power is established by the experimental data.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the shaft power measurement system meets the actual measurement requirements,which can suppress the horizontal and vertical vibration noise.In this paper,through the design of mechanical,hardware and software to complete the development of shaft power measurement system,through the experimental data to establish the shaft twist variable and shaft power fitting model.The shaft power measurement scheme laid the foundation for the design and development of the motor shaft power measuring device,which plays an important role in improving the economic benefit of the oilfield.
