Innovative Design And Research Of Graphene-Based Physiotherapy Fashion

Guided by the trend of green and healthy consumption trend,people have turned their textile consumption to the direction of sustainability and intelligence.Therefore,people's demand for the utility of textile become more diversified beyond the basic utilities of traditional clothing such as the covering,warming function and clothing style.Among them,functional clothing with intelligent electronic components and eco-textiles with certain beneficial effects on human health and environment are the two main categories.Therefore,the physiotherapy health care textiles which have an effect on human health were also born.In this research,arthritis patients are taken as targeted objects,and patients with spinal arthritis and knee osteoarthritis are taken as objects of experimental designs.Based on the existing graphene intelligent heating fabric which can produce thermal insulation and physiotherapy effect on human body in the market,for the purpose of providing warm-keeping,physiotherapy and protective clothing for the patients with arthritis,this paper innovates the style and structure of graphene intelligent heating clothing to engage the clothing with more intuitive and effective health care function for human body.Meanwhile,it advocates that traditional medical textiles should combine with daily fashionable garment elements to bring more possibilities to medical garment design.In the practical part,firstly,the existing health care textiles are classified and summarized through market research and in-depth interviews for the research subjects.Combining with the professional doctors' suggestions and the actual needs of patients with arthritis,as well as considering the various influencing factors,this paper puts forward a rational design scheme,that targets at patients with arthritis through clothing to reduce their troubles.After the analysis of all the elements,the optimal design scheme was obtained,combine with the beneficial characteristics of graphene fiber to human health,the practical clothing with both physical and aesthetic functions would be finally developed for patients with arthritis.According to the characteristics of ccpatients' joints and from the perspective of medical and human efficacy,the graphene-based physiotherapy clothing can not only play a certain role in the treatment of knee patients,but also can satisfy the fashion clothing of daily life.Taking patients with spinal arthritis as experimental samples,graphene intelligent andsafe physiotherapy clothing was tested,and the function and comfort evaluation of physiotherapy clothing were obtained.
