In the context of the national development strategy of "Made in China" 2025,"intelligent manufacturing",which integrates high-tech and numerical control technology,has brought about major changes in the machining manufacturing industry.At the same time,the development of the machining manufacturing industry puts forward higher requirements for the training of CNC technical personnel.The safe and stable operation of CNC machine tools during use is very important.Unplanned shutdowns caused by failures occur from time to time.Therefore,enterprises have There is a shortage of maintenance personnel,and vocational schools that train skilled personnel are also facing huge challenges.The current teaching status of CNC machine tool structure and maintenance courses in secondary vocational schools still has drawbacks.In order to achieve a better teaching effect,the development and research of competence-based CNC machine tool structure and maintenance courses are proposed.The research content first uses the literature research method to organize,analyze,summarize and summarize the relevant domestic and foreign literature studied,and define the core concepts in the text;expound the theoretical basis of curriculum development;clarify the research background,and clarify the capability-based CNC machine tool structure and maintenance curriculum The significance of development;through the method of questionnaire-assisted interviews,the investigation of three secondary vocational schools and three enterprises in Jilin Province was analyzed,and it was found that the teaching content of the CNC machine tool structure and maintenance course did not match the production content,and there were problems in the current teaching.Therefore,this paper develops the CNC machine tool structure and maintenance course,reposition the course,and develops a new course content system;the project teaching method is applied in the teaching process,and the teaching is mainly based on students;Changchun Ruisi CNC Technology Co.,Ltd.participates in the course development,combine theory with practice,put forward course objectives,take ability training as the core,train students into new-type skilled talents who are competent for corporate positions,and propose a more scientific and reasonable evaluation model that meets the needs of the job.The results of the research are based on the new curriculum standard of ability-based,combined with the fault diagnosis and processing of the four-station electric tool rest of the CNC lathe in the actual project of the enterprise,to analyze the teaching case,and to elaborate the course development process.Through the teaching practice test,it is found that the ability-based CNC machine tool structure and maintenance course has a good teaching effect,the students' classroom participation has been significantly improved,and the students' mastery of practical skills has been significantly improved.
