| With the rapid development of industrialization in China,the demand for hazardous chemicals has increased substantially.However,at present,the transportation of dangerous chemicals in China mainly relies on tank trucks for road transportation.Once a tanker has a traffic accident during transportation,it will pose a great threat to people and the environment.Based on this,this paper takes the hazardous chemicals tanker as the research object,and mainly solves the safety monitoring problem of its in-transit transportation.A safety monitoring system for hazardous chemicals tanker transportation based on.NET was designed in this paper.The system consists of three parts: the vehicle monitoring terminal,the cloud black box and the remote monitoring center.The vehicle monitoring terminal is composed of STM32F429IGT6 microcontroller as the main control module.The terminal realizes all-round real-time dynamic monitoring of the “human-vehicle-goods-environment” working conditions during tanker transportation.And the WIFI module is connected to the 4G network of the smart phone to send the working condition to the cloud black box.The cloud black box consists of a TCP server and a SQL Server database based on the.NET platform.The cloud black box deployed on Alibaba Cloud Server ECS.The cloud black box also introduces the DBSCAN clustering analysis algorithm to analyze the overspeed alarm information and mark the speeding high-incidence.The remote monitoring center is implemented by using.NET platform and C# language.The remote monitoring center displays the operating conditions of the tanker on the center screen in real time by accessing the cloud black box to realize real-time monitoring of the tanker operation.At the same time,the tanker historical operation data can be downloaded for accident analysis or investigation.The test results show that the system can monitor the safety of hazardous chemicals tanker transportation in real time and achieve the expected goal. |
