A Study On The Performance Evaluation Of HW Cement Logistics Management Based On SCM

The production capacity is serious superfluous on Chinese cement industry.The total capacity usage is only 67%on cement and clinker production in 2015.The average stock level preserves 70%on production.In addition,the supply side reformation is implemented on the upstream coal and raw materials industry,it is very important to enhance all the logistics segments management which includes procurement and storage and transportation since the coal cost occupies more than 56%of clinker variable cost and logistics cost consumes more than 50%of procurement fund.The cost saving on logistics system would be the 3^rd mine of business profit and effective method on promoting competitiveness.To formulate and implement the performance evaluation system effectively,it would be promoted the logistics management level.Based on the HW Cement management situation,combined with the supply chain management and logistics management knowledge,probe into the performance evaluation on HW Cement logistics management.Analyses the exist questions,attempt to find the root causes and give some improvement advices.The research mainly includes 3 parts.Firstly,introduce the logistics management and performance evaluating current situation in HW Cement,especially on the evaluating principle,the evaluating steps,the indication selection and the datum confirmation.Secondly,combined with purpose of HW Cement logistics management,suggest the new method of performance evaluating,improve the evaluating principle and steps,redefine the indications and select the suitable ones,ascertain the data of each indication.Thirdly,research the scientificainess and practicability of HW Cement new performance evaluating method.This thesis would summary the common performance evaluation of cement company logistics management on the basis from the certain one's practice.It also could broaden the thinking of practice and have reference value to others.
