| Global warming,freshwater shortage and desertification are major environmental problems in 21 st century,particularly the freshwater shortage.Water is considered to be the most important resource,as a natural resource,economic resource and strategic resource also the life blood of human existence.China has introduced over circulating cooling water systems and obtained favorable environment benefits and society benefits,mean while using method the waves water.The circulating water system act as effective water-saving technology has been used widely and includes cleaning,pre-film and normal treatment procedures.when the temperature,pH,turbidity,flow rate and other external conditions change,especially under the condition of high concentration multiple,circulating cooling water systems water often in an unstable state.Corrosion,scaling and microbial growth are the major problems which influence each other and not alone.Experiments show that both cleaning can achieve good effect,but the pH control range of neutral cleaning can prevent control during pickling process.Acid cleaning took a long time and the neutral cleaning process is easier to operate,and each process index is also easy to control;At the same time,the neutral cleaning less environmental pollution and effectively reduce sewage discharge and save water.Experiment shows that bromine bactericide can control requirements of sterilization in circulating cooling water system and over 99.5%.At the same time,bromine bactericide only needs about 15% of chlorine bactericide,which saves labor and material cost and directly improves the storage and operation environment.Bromine fungicides can effectively control the rapid rise of chloride concentration,while reducing the amount of water replenishment.Therefore,bromine fungicides can replace conventional chlorine fungicides in the application of new coal chemical enterprises and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. |
