Based on the theory of environmental protection and energy saving,this paper studies the environmental protection and energy saving problems of lead and zinc acid production system.In this paper,the production process and main equipment operation of lead and zinc smelting flue gas acid production system are summarized in detail.Therefore,focusing on the problems existing in the actual production and operation of the lead and zinc acid production system,this paper adopts the corresponding technical transformation through theoretical analysis,process calculation and transformation scheme demonstration,aiming at the problems of energy consumption and environmental protection in the production and operation,and expounds the transformation practice.Combining environmental protection and emission reduction with energy saving and consumption reduction theory,the existing sodium-alkali desulfurization process was transformed into hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process through comparative analysis of several tail gas desulfurization technologies.The new heat pipe technology is used in the transformation of zinc conversion furnace.High voltage frequency conversion technology for lead and zinc KK&K fan energy-saving transformation;Applying fluid transfer technology to reform circulating water pump;The reaction heat in the drying and absorption process of zinc sulphuric acid system is recovered by using the latest low temperature heat energy recovery technology to generate steam.Through the implementation of the research and application project of environmental protection and energy saving technology,the emission of sulfur dioxide from lead-zinc tail gas is less than 50mg/Nm3,acid fog is lessthan 10mg/Nm ^ 3,and SO2 emission is reduced by 205.7t/a.The environmental protection index is up to and far below the requirements of the national "emission standard of lead and zinc industrial pollutants".Can save $5.2766 million a year to save k Wh,8.4 wt/a steam to increase production,production of sulfuric acid 1951.25 t,for the enterprise to create direct economic benefits of 5.51 million yuan/year,18 kgce/t realize the comprehensive energy consumption of lead sulfate,lead sulfate tons of acid consumption of 170 k Wh/t kgce comprehensive energy consumption of zinc sulfate-105 / t,zinc sulfate tons acid consumed129 k Wh/t,GB29141-2012 "industrial sulfuric acid unit product energy consumption quota" requirements of the existing enterprise lead smelter acid sulfate comprehensive energy consumption per unit product 22 kgce/t)or less,Standard for energy consumption per ton of acid ?180 k Wh/t;comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of zinc smelting acid?-85kgce/t;power consumption per ton of acid ?130 k Wh/t.The application results can be applied to acid production plant of lead and zinc smelting flue gas,and have good environmental and economic benefits.
