| In recent years, the occurrence of heavy metal pollution caused by the lead and zinc smelting enterprises is more and more frequent, and the site selection of the lead and zinc smelting enterprise has attracted more and more attention. As an important part of the construction project site selection, environmental impact assessment requires the construction project site in addition to meet the environmental function zoning, urban planning and many other factors, but also must set reasonable environmental protection distance, in order to reduce and ease the pollution problem of lead and zinc enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to study the scientific methods of environmental protection from the characteristics of pollution sources and pollution characteristics, and provide scientific basis for environmental impact assessment and environmental management of construction projects. At present, for no emissions of heavy metal pollutants in air source determination, atmospheric environmental impact prediction mode applicability, soil environmental impact assessment of many aspects, still in the exploratory stage, has not yet formed a high degree of maturity, strong operability of technology system; in heavy construction project environmental protection distance related aspects, lack of scientific credible environmental impact assessment techniques, has not yet issued the relevant standards and norms. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out the research on the environmental protection distance of the measured lead and zinc smelting industry. At home and abroad on distance protection setting some regulations to carry out the provisions, but most of the provisions for a specific object value, starting from the study of heavy metal pollutant source strength characteristics, comprehensive atmospheric environment and soil environment, carried out for lead and zinc smelting industry environmental protection distance study is the first of its kind. This study with theory study, field test, numerical simulation and system analysis combined method is selected as the representative of the pilot enterprises, strong in heavy metal source of atmospheric pollutants, heavy metal pollutant particle size distribution, environmental impact prediction model construction and validation and the cumulative effects of soil and other aspects, to carry out in-depth research.Completion of the main research work and results are summarized as follows:1) Research on the method of estimating the non organization source of lead and zinc smelting enterprises. Two for lead and zinc smelting enterprises without tissue source estimation method has been put forward through system analysis and empirical research, one is applicable to existing enterprises emission source intensity survey monitoring method, second is applicable to enterprises of new or modified estimation for the expansion of the enterprise.2) Study on the relationship between the emission of heavy metal pollutants from exhaust gas and the meteorological conditions. By means of measurement and correlation analysis, the response relationship between the emission of heavy metal pollutants from the exhaust gas and the relevant parameters of the ground and upper air meteorological conditions was studied.3) Study on particle size distribution of heavy metals in waste gas from lead and zinc smelting. Through theoretical analysis and experimental study, respectively, to determine the waste gas source tissue and tissue source emissions of soot in TSP, PM10 and coarse particles matter, distribution ratio of PM2.5 fine particles, and attachment in different particle size dust of lead, cadmium, arsenic, zinc, chromium, mercury and other heavy metal pollutant particle size grading proportion.4) Study on the determination of heavy metal particle size classification of the pollution source in the lead and zinc smelting enterprises. By using the methods of numerical simulation and regression analysis research to determine the development impact on air environment prediction, lead and zinc smelting enterprises exhaust pollution of heavy metal particle size grading scheme parameters, by of 12 kinds of particle size grading scheme comparison and selection, and ultimately determine the zinc smelting enterprises and independent lead-zinc enterprises under different wind speed conditions, the best solution, can effectively ensure the scientificity and accuracy of predicted results.5) Study on determination method of environmental protection distance in lead and zinc smelting industry. Through formula derivation, numerical simulation and other research methods, combined with the features of environmental pollution of lead and zinc smelting enterprises, respectively from two aspects of the atmospheric and soil to carry out the lead and zinc smelting enterprise construction project environmental protection distance study, the study verifies the forecasting model of ambient air door distance, soil environment prediction methods, finally clear the determination method of lead and zinc smelting business door distance is presented in this paper. To lay a more comprehensive and solid foundation for the development of relevant standards, guidelines and norms. |
